The Daily Show on the ridiculous comparison between teachers and Wall Street

I missed my chance to post this earlier on, so here it is: The Daily Show’s characteristically poignant take on the amazing gall of right-wing pundits comparing those union teachers, with their pushiness for benefits and fair pay and salaries of roughly $50,000 a year on average, to those poor, unappreciated, hard-working bankers and CEOs who have to scrape by making only a few hundred grand:

You couldn’t dream about hypocrisy this obvious and profound. Whores to the rich, the lot of ’em.
