This has got to be the dumbest thing even Bill O'Reilly has ever said. Replying to a letter received from a Canadian who states that Canadians' life expectancies are rather higher than Americans', O'Reilly says that it's obvious, because ... there are more Americans than Canadians.
Seriously.
It takes a special kind of mathematical illiteracy to say something like that.
