Neil Patrick Harris claims the Tonies aren’t just for gays anymore

In his opening number for the 2011 Tony Awards, Neil Patrick Harris stars in a musical claiming that Broadway isn’t just for gays anymore. But … I dunno. I seem to be getting some mixed signals from his performance piece. Can you pick up on them?

I think he’s gonna have to work harder at it to be convincing.
