And so it’s the ninth anniversary of 9/11 today. It seems the storm of the past few weeks have also past, for now Pastor Terry Jones of the Dove World Outreach Center has officially canceled his much-controversial “Burn a Koran Day”. I personally feel that I have nothing to add to anything, so I will not be writing up a new 9/11 post. (You can see last year’s here.) Instead, please refer to this excellent tribute by Veritas over at Log of Veritas, which phrases things better than I could ever have, even if it’s a couple of years old.

And now, your links.

  • Good one, Ahnold.

  • President Obama: “We are one nation under God. We may call that God different names, but we are one nation.” Pharyngulites: “WHARRGARBL”. Or, the predictability of defeatist twats who urgently need to acquire a sense of perspective.

  • This is the end of times. This is the final struggle. More details on that horrible “PH3AR THE ISLAMISTS!!!” propaganda film from Newt Gingrich, America At Risk.
