Swedish cop takes to the street in his own way

Yes, this is totally a last-minute filler post because I wanted at least one more entry before midnight. So, here you go: A quick dance lesson from a Swedish cop who’s either high or just really, really cool. (I’m betting on the latter, though those weird movements of his may suggest the former.)
