Anther one for the US Theocratic Party: Joan Farr Heffington (R) [pictured] is running for governor of Kansas with a platform that includes requiring that there be a “Biblical and Constitutional reason” for any new laws and “allow[ing] teaching of Christianity vs. evolution in schools”. Well, can’t say she’s sneaky about it.

Maryland Air National Guard staff sergeant Anthony Graber is the one who had a cop pull a gun on him at a mere traffic top and then had his parents’ home ransacked and his property seized. Of course, means he’s also the one who’s facing up to 16 years in jail for videotaping original cop illegally pulling a gun on him in the first place.
