• Fargo, North Dakota resident Brian Magee is an atheist who wants a personalized license plate reading “ISNOGOD”, but the Dept. of Transportation refused. Despite, as Magee points out, the state already allowing plates reading “PRZZGOD”, “ILOVGOD” AND “TRI GOD”. Sounds like an open-and-shut Establishment Clause case to me in Magee’s favor … so the question is, how will state officials screw it up?

• How does a British oil corporation have jurisdiction over where the American media can or cannot go on US soil? To all those who say that America and politics aren’ governed by oil, could this correction be any more flagrant?
