I’m not big on poetry, but this one always leaves me thinking:

Nature’s first green is gold
Her hardest hue to hold

• Three cops in Prince George, Maryland under criminal investigation for beating an innocent university student for no reason, then lying that he attacked them first on their reports. Except that, once more, surveillance camera footage reveals their bullshitting.
