Churches closing due to a lack of God

Forget being forced to marry gays (and subsequently, animals and aliens); the real danger to Christian houses of worship is the increasing realization that God doesn’t exist. Or so says that bastion of popular knowledge, The Onion:

The little old church-lady’s bit was particularly insightful, wasn’t it?

Somehow, though, I have the feeling most churches are gonna keep on fuckin’ that chicken^[1] nonetheless.
