You tell it, Olbermann!

For his Worst Persons segment of his show tonight, Keith Olbermann slammed Glenn Beck and the 9/12ers (teabaggers) who had the sheer gall to compare healthcare reform to 9/11:

Beck … shark … jump. You and the 9/12ers have the nerve to exploit 9/11 for your lousy TV ratings. You can not make light of 9/11, nor bandy about as if your petty political grievances are comparable to it, and still be an actual patriotic American. In short, Glenn, 9/12ers, if you are invoking 9/11 just to oppose healthcare reform, go to hell.

Damn straight. Too bad he’s not allowed to use more forceful terms, for I doubt he wouldn’t have let ’em rip. I do disagree with him saying that Beck has jumped the shark, though – Beck did that months ago when he claimed Obama was racist, or any other of the jackass crap he’s said over the years, and particularly since the start of Obama’s presidency. There’s a saying about someone reaching the end of the barrel, cracking the bottom open, and digging into the earth and gravel beneath …
