In honor of International Women’s Day

Okay, I admit, I had no idea that today was 100^th anniversary of the very first International Women’s Day. Nor did I even know such a day existed. (Blame chronic lack of socialization.) So, to make up for it, here’s an awesome little video starring Judi Dench and Daniel Craig in their roles as M and James Bond. The exposition is all the more interesting given she’s been his long-suffering boss in the movies since 1995 (GoldenEye, for you inexcusable rubes). His silence is poignant.

A great ending line: “Are we equals? Until the answer is ‘yes’, we must never stop asking.”

(Sidenote: Yes, Craig is my favorite Bond to date. Just so y’know.)
