There really isn’t much to say about today’s stupid quote as it really pretty much speaks for itself. From Sen. Jake Knotts (R-SC) in an interview where he mentioned South Carolina gubernatorial nominee hopeful Nikki Haley, who recently went out of her way to distance herself from her Sikh origins and let everyone know how very Christian she was:

We already got one raghead in the White House, we don’t need a raghead in the governor’s mansion.

Do you think that if GOPers keep assuring us that they’re not at least partly fueled by racism, people will start believing them?
