• Talk about the boomerang effect in its hilariously ironic glory: in trying to strip LGBT folks in Oklahoma of anti-discrimination protections, idiot lawmakers inadvertently stripped protections for race and religion instead. (Maybe now they can talk about “persecuted Christians” …?)

• New(ly discovered yet quite old) sex survey, possibly the first ever, indicates that perhaps Victorian-era wives weren’t quite the prudes we might think of them as.

• Is Google a benign carrier of a horde-and-a-half of great useful services, or an evil mega-corporation trying to take over your life? I rather doubt the latter. It’s no Microsoft (ha, ha).

• If this report is true, then the Itawamba school board in Mississippi really is nothing but a bunch of cowardly, bigoted and lying little sneaky bastards. Name names and spread the word.

• New WikiLeaks entry: raw footage from an Apache helicopter gunsight showing the deliberate massacre of two Reuters journalists and over a dozen Iraqi civilians, all of them unarmed. This is not for fragile spirits.
