Maybe it’s time those childish GOPers started thinking up a new strategy other than trying to stall and waste everyone’s time:

Here’s my favorite bit, once the Chair refused to allow the Republican-in-question’s request for ten minutes, instead settling on no more than a curt five:

REPUBLICAN: Within the discretion of the Chair, is the Chair responsible for explaining his basis for not expanding the number of [?] minutes so the American public can have a greater opportunity to hear the debate continued before the vote is taken today?

CHAIR: No.
